Two-day Introductory Thai Yoga Massage Seminar
Learn the ancient art of Thai massage with Yannis Katsanas. Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) is not only a technique, but also a deeper connection with oneself. In this workshop:
● Learn the basic principles of TYM: postures, energy lines, pressures, stretches and body twists.
● We discover how the combination of gentle touch and selfless giving brings calm and healing.
● We learn simple and effective techniques for liberation
blocked areas of the body.
● We experience the power of massage to connect with embodied emotions and achieve balance.
The workshop includes references to techniques such as Reflexology, Bio-EMF Therapy, Osteothai and Dynamic Thai Massage. No previous experience is required. TYM is done on a mat on the floor, with clothes on.
About Yannis Katsanas
Yannis Katsanas - Specialist in Thai Yoga Massage & Osteothai
Yannis Katsanas is an experienced therapist specializing in Thai Yoga Massage and Osteothai, having been trained by leading teachers both in Greece and internationally. His career began in 2008 at Sunshine House, where he attended extensive seminars, and continued in Thailand, Laos and Europe.
With over a decade of experience in the teaching and practice of Thai Yoga Massage, he works closely with teachers Takis Economou and David Lutt. Yannis is one of the few who have completed full Osteothai training, offering a precise and effective approach to treatment.
His philosophy is based on the power of touch as a means of communication and connection, while incorporating reflexology, biodynamic craniosacral therapy and Lomi Lomi techniques, creating an integrated healing system.

Schedule
The seminar will take place during two days: Saturday 30th of November and Sunday 1st of December at Catis Studio.
The schedule is the following one:
11:00 - 18:00 both days with an hour lunch break.
Cost, payment and cancellation policies
We are opening 6 spots with an Early Bird discount: the seminar is at the cost of 120€ (+VAT) if you secure your spot with a full payment befor 15th of October.
From 16th of October, the seminar is at the cost of 180€. To secure your spot, you’ll need to pay 50% of the amount (90€) and the other half of the payment has to be done on the first day of the seminar
Cancellation policy:
100% refund before 30th of October
50% refund from 1st of November until 15th of November
From 16th of November onwards, no refund possible
