A 2-day workshop for yoga teachers and hands-on therapists.
Knowledge of symptoms can lead to the correct choice of body positions so that the practitioner can experience immediate relief from symptoms and ultimately lead to treatment of the cause. The methodology we will follow in this seminar is based on the theory of the so-called "triangles of ailments". According to this, the geometry of the body is divided into individual triangles which lead us to the source of the pain (cause) and projected onto the body (effect).
